Privacy Policy

What We Collect

• Account data: email address, username, and password (stored hashed by our auth provider).
• If you sign in with Google: your Google account email and basic profile info.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers, only your Stripe customer reference and subscription status.
• League connections you choose to add: Yahoo account tokens (stored encrypted at rest), your public Sleeper username/ID, and ESPN league IDs for public leagues.
• Activity you create: followed players, start/sit questions and answers, trades, comments, and votes.

How We Use It

To run the Service: authenticate you, personalize rankings and league tools, display your username on community features, process subscriptions, and send transactional email (account, purchase, and optional product emails you can opt out of).

Who Processes It

We use Supabase (database & authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data on our behalf under their own security terms. We do not sell your personal data.

Email Preferences

Marketing and product emails include an unsubscribe link. Account and payment emails are sent as needed to operate the Service.

Deletion & Contact

To delete your account and associated data, or for any privacy question, email ernest@fansports.com. Disconnecting a league (Yahoo, Sleeper, ESPN) from your dashboard removes the stored connection immediately. See also our Terms of Service.
